Off the top of my head, in MilAcq you still need to use the character-based
for
1. Freeing a record
2. Deleting z order records
I'm sure there are many more.

Dear all,
We are in the process of implementing Millennium Cataloging and Millennium
Acquisition. We would like to get some ideas, comments and suggestions
from those libraries who have already finished the implementation for one
or both of the modules.
Questions that we are looking into (but not limited) are: What are the
major problems in terms of the conversion from the text-based versions to
these two modules? Are there any major functions that still need to be
performed in the text-based version after the implementation? What aspects
should we pay attention to in terms of technical support for the two Mill
modules?
We greatly appreciate your help!
