We process EBSCO electronic invoices.  Time before last we couldn't get 
the process to work correctly and found that EBSCO had not sent us the 
file in the correct format for an Innovative system.  They resent the 
file in the "Innovative Interfaces" format and it worked fine.

You might want to try asking for the data again and specify that it be 
in the "Innovative" format.
