Margaret,
You use service levels to do this, providing you have a distinct IP range
for your campus.
In LIMIT NETWORK ACCESS under logins, under your HTTP connection, set your
campus IP range to a service level that is higher than that required for off
campus patrons IP ranges. For example, the service level for our campus
range is 3, while the service level for the default 'all' is set to 0.
Then in your Web Access Management Table (forward table), under Ver? , enter
the service level that is equal to the level for your campus users - eg ours
is set to 3. So any group of IPs that are set to 3 or above will not be
required to verify themselves on our system. This works well for us.
When we first got WAM, it took me ages to find this out, as I thought the
only options for Ver? were yes or no. But you can also enter a service level
number. We have been using this for over a year, and it works well.
Regards
Carolyn

Hi Carolyn,
How do you set up the system to verify off campus patrons but not
on campus patrons if the ptype is the same?
Thank you in advance,
