This is what works for us:
Start at:
> Routing list maintenance
> Modify by person
> Key initials of person
> Highlight name info at the top of the screen + the first 8 titles in
the routing list (that's all
we can see at one time)
> Click on File in the upper left corner of screen
> Click on Print, and then in the Selection circle. - >
OK
> Repeat for the rest of the titles in the person's routing list.
It's cumbersome and wastes paper but you should have the list.
