I'm not certain other libraries will have this problem, but thought I'd share what we experienced.
We have Advanced Keyword Searching (i.e., AVS, Alta Vista searching) and after the installation of Release 2002 Phase 1 completed we received the error message "Data conversion failed This is nonfatal, but you should notify I.I.I. to
correct this error." When I checked keyword searching in the WebOPAC I received a blank screen search response. Apparently in order to fix the diacritic searching problem in keyword it rebuilds the index. It took almost 4 hours to rebuild our index.
