Question about Release 2002 Phase 1 upgrade

Hi,

Can somebody please clarify the following for me:  I recently upgraded our
system to Release 2001, A.  Should I now do Release 2002 Phase 1 or is that
just another name for Update A?  In other words, are all the libraries
suppose to upgrade to Release 2002 Phase 1 or just those who have not done
Release 2001, A yet?
