Opps, I take that back, you can change it...use the custom form you can get
from CSDirect (http://csdirect.iii.com/faq/custform.shtml#suggest), then
replace the javascript call (<!--{submit}-->), with the following:

<INPUT NAME=submit TYPE=SUBMIT VALUE="SUBMIT THIS SUGGESTION">

Placing whatever text you want in the value area....
