Dear colleagues,

I haven't been checking our system messages recently. When I did, I have found 6
instances of these messages. There are actually 3 cases where the message issued
twice with same item&patron info. I think this should prove that the message is
issued each time the patron record is checked. We haven't been noticed a freeze so
far, either. I also agree that this is a very delicate issue which may hurt the
libraries relalationship with the patrons. It should not be a too big problem to
solve in such a professional library automation software. I think Innovative should
leave any other issues behind in favor of correcting this problem if necessary, and
they will be doing so after they have seen that all users give a very big
importance to this subject.
