Adding Patrons to Routing List

Does it bother anyone else that when one goes to add a patron
to a routing list, Milly won't put it at the very end of the list?  It
always
goes ABOVE the last name on the list when the last person is
highlighted.  I know I can cut and paste to put them in the correct
order, but shouldn't this be automatic?  Anyone else figure out
how to get the name at the END of the routing list?
