Create Checkin record at the point of downloading?

We have been able to create order or item record at the point of  transferring
(downloading) record from OCLC into Innopac in the interactive mode.

Any of you creates checkin records in the same way?  If yes, how do you do it? Do
you have to have a load table specifically for this?
