BCODE3 = f and "full text"

Hello,

I have read in the WWWOPTIONS documentation that if we make BCODE3=f and
link to an electronic resource, that a "VIEW FULL TEXT" button will appear
for the user.  We tried it and it did not work for us.  There is another
piece to this about adding an "f" to a display directive in the wwwoptions
file.  Is anyone using this feature?
