Subject: Circ. Notice Printer

I am interested in hearing what printers are being used to print Circulation Notices, and how they are configured (LPT1, networked somehow). We are going live in 3 weeks, and I need to purchase a printer ASAP.

My thoughts are to use a local printer (some sort of dot matrix) to a PC in the Circulation office, and use this to print notices. We use two-part forms. Is there a particular printer anyone is using in this way that you are happy with?
