Specifying fields to export in EndNote format?

Does anyone know how to specify which fields get exported in the WebPAC when
selecting Export in End-Note format? It looks like we are only getting
Author, Title, ISBN, Price, Bib Call number, and Subject Headings.

Here's a sample of the delimited text we are getting:
"A","","Szent-Gyorgyi, Albert, 1893-1986","","","The crazy ape; written by a
biologist for the
young","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","",
"","","","","","","","","","","","","","802223486
3.95","","","BJ57.S96","Science--Moral and ethical aspects/Science and
civilization"

We want to add the entire 260 publisher field to get location, publisher,
and year published too.

Any help would be appreciated.
I searched the manual and list archives but could not find any mention of
how to change which fields end-note exports.
