I have two somewhat related problems with Milly (my not so affectionate
name for Millennium because she just seems cranky at times.)
1. I enter a patron on a routing and then exit the record. When
I go back in, the name does not appear on the routing. BUT
it does appear on the patron list as an item the patron is routed
AND if you print out the routing it is there.
2. I want to delete a record for which there is no discernible
routing. But when I try to delete it Milly tells me that it can't
be deleted because there is a routing for it. I patiently go
through and "delete" the nonexistent routing by highlighting
each available routing space, but Milly is still absolutely
positive that this record has routing attached and stubbornly
refuses to let me delete it.
Have any of you run into either (or both) of these problems and
figured out what, if anything, can be done to fix them?
