Are you talking about a newly created item record which shows up in
record summary display but which cannot be accessed or updated?  As
far as I know you cannot correct any broken link in INNOPAC yourself
but the helpdesk should be able to fix it for you.  Sometimes you may
find that you cannot access a new record immediately (though it
appears in record summary) but if you wait a little you can access it.
However, I assume that you have had this broken link for some time.
