We are a site new to the Millennium InterLibrary Loan module
and have been struggling with it, at best.  Hopefully,
someone out there can help us with the following:

1.  How do you handle providing a barcode for incoming
ILLs?  Do you make up a number or use a single, dedicated
barcode number?  Is there a problem using duplicate
numbers?  Do you just use the barcode numbers that
catalogers would have put on new books?  Where do you place
the barcodes on the lending library's material?

2.  What is the specific sequence you follow to enter a
request?  How do you integrate the request with OCLC?  (The
ILL Librarian cannot find a logical order that works for
her.)

3.  Lastly, does anyone have documentation a
new-to-Innovative person can use?
