E-claiming with Ebsco

We are a relatively new Innovative library. And, we would like to implement e-claiming with Ebsco. I searched the archive about e-claiming and read about the possible problems regarding the length of the vendor ID #. As no other institution in Turkey does e-claiming, Ebsco Turkey is in learning curve too.  I asked them whether they can provide those numbers as barcodes, as mentioned in the archive.

Is what was discussed in the list called Ebscan? If yes, Ebsco asks about Command Strip outline and Barcode outline. They want examples to see the use of upper/lower case, spaces within the text, etc. Can anyone tell me what these outlines are for?

 

Again regarding Ebsco, is there any academic library who uses Ebsco's Jetz service? I suspect this is for their international customers and I'd appreciate if our colleagues in the US would confirm my understanding.
