Jan,

Unless things have changed at iii, you should be able to request that 
this feature be turned off.  I used to work on the Helpdesk, and did 
this service for many libraries. I can't believe that Millennium has 
changed this, because there is a iii-controlled setting that can be 
changed at the root level if requested.
