Re: printed reserves list

Sandy -

I can think of two methods off hand.  The first is to create a list
of all items on reserve and export it to another program for manipulation
(Excel, Lotus, Access, etc.).  The other method which we have used
in the past is to bring up each course list in public mode and print the
list.   This method produces one (or more) sheet(s) per class
and lists the title, call number, author and status.  

As a variation we have printed similar lists in staff mode (which
includes all of the above fields plus the circulation count) and sent
them back to the faculty.  Anything with a circulation count of
"0" was highlighted.  It didn't really help get rid of
anything but we felt better having notified the faculty their materials
were not getting used.
