PERL script for New Book List

I have used the Georgetown Perl script for creating an HTML version of new
acquisitions from a III list. The script I have uses OCLC number to link to
the WebPAC bib record which poses some problems for me. For some reason,
many of our records have no OCLC number. Also, I would prefer to have the
listing alpha by title rather than subject. Has anyone created a script that
solves either or both of these problems?
