The Westin Galleria is sold out.
The Westin Oaks still has plenty of availability.
People are sometimes being told all rooms are sold. This happens when
using the 800 number. Some of the operators do not look beyond the
Galleria to the Oaks -- they just see the Galleria full and conclude the whole
group is full. Westin has put some internal notes in their system so this
won't happen. If you are told the block is sold, please have them check
the Oaks.
