The only way I have been able to print the patron information screen is
to press at the same time the Alt and Print Screen keys.  This copies
the screen to the clipboard.  Then open a program such as Microsoft Word
and paste the info you had copied.  Then print the picture of the
screen.  Not a pretty method but it works on Innovative screens that are
not available for direct printing!

Is anyone out there using Millennium ILL successfully?

Is it possible to print the patron record information when you are in
the new requests mode of
Millennium ILL?  Often patrons will request  interlibrary loan for a
title that the Library is
going to purchase.  In this case, I would want to cancel the ILL request
and print the patron
information to attach to the order for the title.  This way, I can make
sure that the patron
request can be entered as a reserve once the item is ordered.

When I attempted to print out the patron information this morning, I
kept getting the
bibliographic information of the requested title.  In other words, even
though the patron
record was displayed on the screen - the printer gave me the previous
screen.

The online manual discusses viewing a patron record from an ILL request
- but it does not
mention printing.
