printing

I just updated a pc to windows98 SE.  I'm using an Okidate 
Microline 380 printer.  When running QVT/term 5.0.4, QVT/Net 3.9, 
or the trial version of Anziolite I can't print my serials labels 
correctly.  For QVT, I've set the printer to transparent mode, and 
the spooler settings to raw and still jumbled letters come out.  Any 
help would be appreciated.  Any other know settings I may be 
missing?
