- Subject: Telephone renewal system
We are testing our telephone renewal system, soon to be up to the public.
One problem I've noticed is that when you request the system "speak" your
list of checked out items, the voice is not very loud. Is there a way to
make it louder? I've asked III and they said to adjust the volume
controls on the client. That didn't help. The voices for the
pre-recorded messages and spoken numbers is quite loud enough. It's just
the spoken titles that you can hardly hear.
