I have been able to add diacritics to records using Quick Edit in Millennium
by typing the curly bracket form of the diacritic. E.g., type {174} for Alef
(right apostrophe). However, although diacritics entered this way display
correctly in the WebOPAC, not all of them are visible the next time the
record is opened up in Millennium.
