- Subject: Library Priority in Paging Available Items
Hi,
We recently (within the last week) started allowing patrons to place hold
on Available items. We set up the Request Balancing Table under
Circulation Parameters, but cannot get the feature to follow the branch
order.
I have received information from another III user that this feature used to
work and at some point in the more recent upgrades Branch Balancing feature
ceased to work properly.
Is anyone our there allowing Available Holds and has the Library Priority
table functioning properly?
