Actually John,

The problem we are having is not related to the rapid
update known issue nor the BCODE3 resetting issue.

We do have the very latest 2001 patch bundle.

When our AVS index came up on Nov. 26th it just did
not work with our scopes. This has stumped our
III AVS implementator and is now in software
engineering.

I've gotten several private emails from
folks, but no one seems to have the exact problem we
have.

I should also point out that our scopes are
"hybrid scopes" created by a combination of
BCODE3 value and item location which is not
the norm for most III sites. (Usually
scopes are only one or the other). So perhaps
this plays into it too.

Thanks to all who responded.

Our catalog is at:
