We noticed this also, and resetting the bcode3
value will often fix it. III Has a fix for this
which I believe is being installed as part of
the latest updates to the Release 2001 code.
This particular problem was that AVS indexes were
not properly updated when changes were made
through rapid update. If you didn't manually
set and reset bcode 3 they would not be run
through indexing. There may be other problems
with scopes, but they have a fix for this one
now.

We've noticed similar problems sporadically over the past several months.
We've also noticed that if you force the record through control (by
suppressing and then unsuppressing), it seems to fix the problem.
The technician at III with whom I spoke indicated that sometimes the
advanced keyword segments don't get updated properly.
