Have other users been repeatedly bumped out of AnzioLite access to their Innopac, and figured out what the problem was?
 
We have been repeatedly bumped out of telnet access to our Innopac, via AnzioLite.  There seems to be no pattern.  This seems to have started notably in August.  Sometimes 2-3 staff are bumped out simultaneously; sometimes only 1.  Sometimes one staff person seems to get bumped out repeatedly while others aren't having a problem.  Sometimes we're bumped out while we're actively using our Innopac via the connection.  Sometimes it happens while we're away from our pc.  Some days no one ever gets bumped out.  If anyone has had this problem, I'd love to know.  If someone thinks they can offer some advice, I'd be happy to provide more information if necessary.  I have already gone to the HelpDesk with this and they determined that this was a local network problem.
