We are currently using QVT/Term software and have used it for years.
This printer is the only one we cannot get to work properly. Any
suggestions?

This is a common problem when printing from a Windows program onto
continuous
feed labels. Windows prints in pages, so it is going to the end of the
"page".
You solution will depend on what software is actually managing the
printing.
If you are doing "attached print" in Innopac, then what telnet software
are
you using? How is it configured for printing?
