The information is still there but it displays differently. The
individual screens that come up during the posting process in MilAcq
contain the information. You can either wait to answer the OK questions
and look on each screen or before you quit out of the posting look at
the information displayed under each tab in the posting process. The
tabs will have information on them like Print Encumbrance, Print
Invoices, Post Fund, etc.

One of our departments tried posting their invoices in Millennium
Acquisitions for the first time recently and noticed that the "Voucher #
after posting, Encumbrance # after posting and all the Total after

didn't display on the screen like it does in character-based system at

end of the posting. We manually record this information in a notebook
after each posting. Is this information not available in Milacq or is
it
someplace we haven't discovered?
