Advanced Searching not working properly on our scopes?

Hello Innopac Users:

Has anyone else had trouble getting Advanced Searching to work properly
with scopes?
 The title search "crazy" in our video scope calls up two records.
 The word search "crazy" in our video scope calls up only one record.

Our AVS implementation consultant is stumped by this and has elevated it
to software engineering for a fix.

He suggested that it may be related to the fact that we are an:
 -Advanced Searching using,
 -Oracle based,
 -Sun Server,
 -Scope using,
 -rel. 2001 software patch installed
Innopac site.

Have any other sites (regardless of configuration) noticed this AVS
problem on their Innopac?
