Subject: Epson LQ 570e Printer

We have just purchased an Epson LQ 570e printer to use for printing
spine labels out of I.I.I. However, the labels keep form feeding 5-6
labels up instead of stopping at the next label. Does anyone have any
suggestions we can try? I called I.I.I. and they can't help me. Any help
will be greatly appreciated!!!!
