- Subject: Millennium Login problems?
We're having problems with many of our Millennium logins and I'm wondering if any other libraries are having the same problem. I have opened a call with Innovative about this.
We don't have any shared logins, so each login has initials associated with it in the login manager. The problem is that frequently when a person logs in, Millennium doesn't remember that it should automatically associate the initials with the login, and so the staff person can't do anything until s/he sets their initials. This happens with different logins across modules.
Is that happening to anyone else, or is this isolated to us?
