Us to....we are a consortium of 20+ libraries in OH and we have the same
problem.  We've opened a call with III on this and they told us they are
working on a fix.  You use scoping?

We are a consortium of 22+ libraries with some of us using MilSerials at
various levels.  My questions is, and I could not locate an answer in the
manual--

When attempting to create a check-in card for a new magazine, which four
other libraries already own & have check-in cards, the system tells me that
it cannot attach a new record because bibliographical record .bxxxxxxxxxxxxx
is already in use by the system.  I have gone into telnet and freed the
record, which tells me that it & the other attached items are not in use.

How do I free this up so I can create a check-in card for our holdings?
