Everything fully accessible here - using both macintosh Netscape 4.76, and iCab 2.60. You might want to check the page for miscellaneous coding errors, such as several extra quotation marks here and there (e.g. bgcolor="lightblue"") and the extra /td and /tr tags near the bottom. Perhaps some of these are throwing off the occasional browser.
