featured list behavior, and thanks. Was: DNS woes

Thanks to all for rapid checking. It's downright
intoxicating to get two dozen emails in a short while,
from all over, and all focused on our particular
needs. It does look like our DNS problems are
resolved, yaay.

A couple of you have suggested the user who can't get
the featured lists (Shortcut Lists on our catalog
page)might be using Netscape 6. But no. She says "I'm
using Netscape 4.77.  I have javascript enabled, if
that matters. I also tried it just now with IE 5.5,
Opera 5.11 and Netscape 6.0 and it didn't work in any
of them.  Sorry!"

I've also now heard from someone who can't get to the
"Connect to other libraries" page, actually the Z39.50
page.

Have you any other ideas why either of these Innopac
features would be balky for only some users?
