There are some interesting PowerPoint presentations availble from the
CSDirect website (both levels of passwords should work), and "Millennium
OPAC Update" listed under Northwest IUG covers the feature you mention.

Some of the features in the presentation appear to be part of WebBridge
(a new product, i.e. not free!) but linking to book jacket images appears
to be a Web OPAC enhancement (i.e. you don't have to buy WebBridge).
I believe the feature is part of Release 2002.
