OTF

I should have been more specific when I said that we were having OTF 
problems.  I guess our main problem is that when we were using the 
character-based version we were prompted to choose from creating a new 
record or searching for an existing record.  We always create brief 
records.  In Millennium we're not given that choice, but a menu appears 
which offers to search for an existing record first.  You have to then 
close this window and choose the "New" tab.  I believe some of our students 
get confused and forget to close this window.  Has anyone else experienced 
similar problems?
