Maybe it's too early in the morning for me but we are having a tough time
getting substitution phrases to work in Millennium Circulation release 2001.
I can create them but can't get them to actually substitute for our desired
phrase. Is there some new wrinkle? I did actually read the release 2001
user manual. We create the phrase and then type %0. Pressing the enter key
or save, closing just keeps the %0 and does not substitute the stored
phrase. It works fine in telnet circulation.
