We would be interested in hearing from anyone who has implemented the email notification for new items that match patron's criteria in My Millennium. Specifically, we would like to know your particular set-up (what option triggers are you using), about how many of eligible users have signed up for the service, any comments on it's impact on user satisfaction, workflow, etc. and would like to see a sample of the email that gets sent if possible.
