Help With SRCHHELP_X page and tokens

Hello Friends,

I come here again with yet another question.

I have been trying to get my srchhelp_X.html page to work with material type
limiting, date limiting and sorting. I have been dealing with the Help Desk
for weeks and I cant seem to get a straight answer, except that my FORM tag
doesnt enclose the right tokens.

HELP...has anyone figured out the TOKEN idea?

Would a caring soul or two mind looking at my page to see if they can see
what I am doing wrong?

I am not a HTML guru but I thought I knew how to use Dreamweaver until
Innovative thru their pages at me.

If you have a moment please let me know and I can send an attachment of my
page for your look see.
