Re: Moving item records from one bib record to another

Our III CD manual has disappeared from the LAN tower list, so I don't
have the record numbers from there, but here goes: (NB this is a
passworded function)  There are several fail-safes along the way, so
it's hard to mess up. There is always Escape
--Know in advance the record numbers of the bibs and which attached
record(s) are involved
--From Main Menu choose  D >Database Maintenance
--From Database Maintenance choose  T >Transfer attached records
--sign in
--follow the instructions; read the definitions carefully. I think they
are clear.
Note the bib from which whatever records will be moved is not
automatically deleted, thank goodness.
