Purchase Order Printing

We are a special library that has been printing our Purchase Orders, to our
over 800 vendors, on 8.5" x 11" letterhead, with our old system.
 
We were told by an Innovative consultant that we could set POs to print on
8.5" x 11"letterhead.
Well, after spending 3 weeks discussing the settings with the helpdesk we
find out that the system is only set to print   POs sideways on a legal size
sheet.

We are not interested in having to purchase a new printer and forms to print
our POs on.

Is anyone printing Purchase Orders in any way different from this?

Please help!  If I don't get something that is useful/readable our
acquisitions person is going to keep using the OLD Access Acquisition
system.
