Regarding the creation of report files to RLG in the following
format:

Innovative can set up your system so that one of your options in
Read/Write MARC records is   Output MARC records to RLG with
label file.  This option will convert a review file and create
the accompanying .RPT file for you. You will be prompted  to input
some preliminary information: the name of the .rpt file, your LI, format
(M  for MARC), description of the records (CatMaint usually),
volume, issue, (I seem to remember that this is for further file
identification which I don't use) and email address for contact. 
Then all the data you listed in your posting is automatically extracted
as part of the .REC file creation.  You can then FTP the two
resulting files, .RPT and .REC out of your Innovative system directly to
the RLG server.  It works very well.
