Tom,
Last week, we have had a long experience with Milcirc Offline because our system was down for three days. We have used it in both circulation and on bookmobile. From our experience, yes it does take a while for the system to be updated, but I do not the "logic" behind it. Jason, at the III Help Desk was a big help for us in the setup and use of Milcirc Offline. And yes you do not need to use FTS..

Subject: Offline Milcirc

Fellow Innopac Users,

I just downloaded Offline Milcirc today and cannot get it to work right. The program says that it has transfered the files but if you go to the patron record after you upload the book is not on the record. Does this process take a while or did I do something wrong.

Any help is welcome.

Thanks,
Tom Ryan
