Delimiter value for Agency in 949^1 field

Is anyone aware of a letter value for the "Agency" field in the Innovative
item record that can be used in the 949^1 OCLC field for exporting items
directly from OCLC into Innovative. We are using the table from the Manual
(record #10,249), as well as the |f for our input stamps, but can find no
mention of a delimiter letter for "Agency". 

We are a member of a consortium and have just implemented "Agency" for our
holds functions. 

TIA for any information, or more complete lists than we can find in the
manual or from CS Direct.
