This sounds like the same problem our consortium was having. Try putting a
cdate (cataloging date) in your order record. That solved our problem. I
believe you can also set the system to automatically put in the cdate.

Subject: MILACQ Question
We have completed GuiCat, Milacq and MilSer training and the staff person
who is using MilAcq is having alot of problems using it, I dont know if it
is the system, the way it was taught or the persons understanding of the
system.
Anyway since I an not an expert on Milacq I thought one of you may be able
to help me answer this question.
> As a test I ordered a few titles on Milacq, (they are real titles that I
> ordered on my present Access system). On Friday, a title (2 copies, test
> ordered at different times) was received and so I went to Milacq to enter
> as "Received" on both.
> On the OPAC, it showed 1 copy as "in process" and 1 copy still "on order".
> Question: why are "in process" and "on order" still there if they were
> entered as received?
> Have I done something wrong or missed out some steps. I even created an
> item for one copy.
> By the way, do I need to create an item each time I received a title, (per
> my notes, there are 3 ways to receive, one way was to create an item)"

Thanks in advance for any guidance.
