I have been having the same problem (I am
also part of a consortium) and discovered that if you change the location code
in the order record from the one you have set up in the template, you
must open the dropdown menu and select the new location
code. Otherwise, the location appears as an error if you open it in
GuiCat. It seems to be working for me, so give it a try.
Also, if you have the template set up to
select the fund code before the estimated price, you have to open the
dropdown menu and select the fund code in order to be able to put the price
in correctly. Or, you can change the order in the template so that
estimated price pops up before the fund code. That also solves the
problem.

Hello--
We're using MilAcq, and we've noticed lately that many of our order
records don't display in the OPAC the way that they should. We're a part
of a consortium, and our public catalog allows the user to specify if they
want to search just the Colman Library holdings, or the Entire Collection's
holdings. When we've scoped a search to only Colman Library, we've seen
that for particular on-order items a search will retrieve the bib record,
but it will display without the order record. If we do the same
search while scoping to the Entire Collection, the same bib appears, but this
time the order record displays. We've compared non-displaying order
records with displaying order records, and can't see a pattern or trend or
error that's causing this.
Does anyone know why this is happening? We're very confused.
Thanks,
Jenica.
