Hello--
We're using MilAcq, and we've noticed lately that many of our order records
don't display in the OPAC the way that they should. We're a part of a
consortium, and our public catalog allows the user to specify if they want to
search just the Colman Library holdings, or the Entire Collection's
holdings. When we've scoped a search to only Colman Library, we've seen
that for particular on-order items a search will retrieve the bib record,
but it will display without the order record. If we do the same
search while scoping to the Entire Collection, the same bib appears, but this
time the order record displays. We've compared non-displaying order
records with displaying order records, and can't see a pattern or trend or error
that's causing this.
Does anyone know why this is happening? We're very confused.
Thanks,
Jenica.
